Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant and essential vitamin. Vitamin E succinate is a safe form of vitamin E since the body will not absorb more than it needs or can use.

Selenium is an essential trace element needed as a component of a natural antioxidant enzyme within the body. It is a potent antioxidant and helps protect damage to cell membranes. Since most Americans are deficient in selenium, it is very important to take extra selenium.
